Order Processing
Please allow 24 - 48 hours to process your order. We’ll send you an email within 24 - 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
Shipping within Australia
All orders placed within Australia are shipped via Australia Post eParcel Express. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience slight delays.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for all Australian orders. Orders over $150 qualify for free express shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to over 200 countries and regions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, and many others!
Currently, we do not ship to the following countries:
- North Korea
- Syria
- Iran
- Cuba
- Somalia
- Afghanistan
- Venezuela
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $300 AUD qualify for free express shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Effae PTY LTD is not responsible for these charges. They are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking and Support
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. Your return must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your item.
We offer free returns within Australia. A prepaid Australia Post return label will be provided once your return is approved.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after this 30-day period. If you try to make a return after this time, we may send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of scents, such as perfume or smoke
- No stains or marks
- All tags and labels still attached
- Not altered or modified
- In the original packaging, if possible
How to Start a Return
- 1. Lodge a return on our website here.
- 2. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free prepaid Australia Post return label and instructions on how to send your package.
- 3. Print the return label and attach it securely to your parcel.
- 4. Drop your package off at any Australia Post office.
- 5. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund and notify you.
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please contact us immediately at support@effae.com.au if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@effae.com.au.
All approved Australian returns are completely free, and refunds are processed promptly once your items reach us.
