Why do my items feel so stiff, is that normal?
Yes, that’s completely normal. Every EFFAE piece is pre-shrunk to eliminate post-wash shrinkage, so you can trust the fit from day one. Each garment is designed to stay true to size and will naturally soften and mould to your body with wear.
I’m not sure which size will fit best?
No problem. Our sizing chart has been carefully developed to take the guesswork out of choosing your fit. It’s designed to help you find the size that works best for your body shape. You can view it anytime by clicking here.
Does the bra have removable padding?
Yes, the Sculpt and Support Bra features removable padding to allow for easy care and cleaning.
Do I need to wear a bra underneath?
Prefer to go without a bra? The Everyday Everywhere Tank is designed with a built-in shelf bra, offering support and eliminating the need for a separate bra.
Do your leggings and shorts have pockets?
We’ve designed our Everyday Everywhere leggings and shorts with functional pockets to keep your essentials close—whether you're out running errands or squeezing in a quick workout. The Flare, however, is pocket-free by design.
Will the waistband roll down during workouts?
All shorts and leggings are engineered with secure waistbands that stay in place—no rolling, no shifting. Squat-proof and built for high-intensity workouts, yoga, other movement-based activities and everything in between.
Are the colours besides black see-through?
No matter the colour, every EFFAE piece is fully opaque—engineered to ensure zero transparency, so you can move with total confidence.
Are there sets or are all pieces sold separately?
Each piece is sold separately—so you can mix, match, and build a wardrobe that works for your style, your needs, and how you move.

Can I throw my clothes into the washing machine?
Yes, absolutely. All EFFAE pieces are machine washable—designed for easy, no-fuss care without compromising quality.
Will clothes pill over time?
All EFFAE pieces are crafted from premium materials designed to resist pilling. However, like all garments, minimal pilling may occur over time with regular wear and washing.

Are your clothes ethically made?
Absolutely — all our pieces are ethically made. We’ve carefully selected production partners who are not only experts in their craft, but who also prioritise fair treatment and active involvement of their workers at every stage of the process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What if I change my mind?
We want you to love your EFFAE purchase. If you change your mind, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order—excluding final sale items. Returns are free and eligible for a full refund, as long as items are in their original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of scents. Simply email support@effae.com.au with your order number and reason for return and we’ll send you a return shipping label. Place the item(s) back into our reusable packaging, and drop it off at your closest post office. Once your return is processed, you're welcome to place a new order for the item that best suits you.
I broke the original bag that my items came in. Can I still make a return?
Item(s) may be returned in any suitable packaging at the customer’s expense
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.
ORDER SUPPORT
I haven’t received my items yet, what can I do?
If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or you suspect it may be lost, please email support@effae.com.au. Our team will investigate and assist you with the next steps.
I received a faulty item, what can I do?
If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, contact support@effae.com.au. with details and supporting images. Our team will investigate promptly and advise you on the next steps. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Can I change address information on my current order?
If you’ve entered an incorrect address or need to update your shipping details, contact us immediately at support@effae.com.au. We can assist with changes as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please reach out to Australia Post directly for further assistance.
